Another fun set from a few weeks ago with the {LFam}

(started the afternoon in the candy shop)

The look on Little Miss Diva's Face sold this image for me!

Family Photos with these four usually end up something like...this.

16 Months; All about the juice box. And food...they call her "little beast"

Almost Three!

Mommy Love

"Okay, you can kiss me...but don't take away my juice box"

Thanks {LFam} for an eventful year!

I’m catching up on some serious blogging (among MANY other things) this weekend!

Meet the {DFam} Can you tell the little one runs the family?

I love it when wives tell me their husbands don’t smile…
Lifestyle always makes this happen :)

As an afterthought, I’m going to have to hire her before she takes over Castle Rock. She just looks so determined

I’m still a little shocked we got some color for the {RFam} after our first two rounds of snow this year!

Such a cute family!

Thank you {RFam} for allowing me to spend a little time with your awesome family!

Yes, you can tell this is a few weeks old. Before the first snow, sadness!

A great little morning spent with the {KFam}

So cute!

Daddy Love

I just loved this...apparently it's something their family loves to do. Not sure what it means, but I loved how cute it was!

Thanks again, {KFam}!

I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful new family about a week ago.
I love photographing children, but this little guy stole my heart

Can you blame me?

Such a sweet, happy baby.

BEAUTIFUL family. Such a great view out their window.

Mommy and Daddy are obviously in love too.

<3

Sweet baby boy.

Huge thanks again to this beautiful family who invited me to share a few minutes of their new life together.

It’s been a few years since I had seen the {OFam}

'09 Newborn and '11 Newborn!

Just as awesome as ever :)

Enter Lifestyle: 3 boys. Start freaking out!

ADORABLE Baby S

Some Vintage Mommy Love!

Family Hands

Yup, all boys!

Thanks {OFam} for inviting me back.
It was so great to see you all again and catch up!

There are some families that just get lifestyle photography.
They take to it so naturally and so beautifully that you wonder where they’ve been all your life!

The {TFam} was one of those families.
They loved playing with their kiddos, they loved each other.

It shows.

Enjoy!

Seven Falls, LOVE this spot!

brother + sister kisses

Brother + Sister Love! (this felt vintage to me for some reason...)

They took this concept to a new level!

Bigger version, I just fell in love with the trees.

Love.

Thank you {TFam} for allowing me to be a small part of your memories this year!

When I first changed over from a website to a blogsite, I gave away a “Beloved” Mommy + Me session to one of my fans.
The girl who won happens to be a wonderful friend.

I could go on and on about what an amazing mommy she is, but pictures tell more than I ever could with words.

I've been photographing this kiddo for two years next month, she just keeps getting more and more beautiful.

Earlier today I was looking over some material from #WPPI and I was reminded of a quote that really resonated with me,
“If you want to make work that moves people, you have to be moved while making it”

This next picture is the total summation of that concept

Complete and total love.

Thank you Mommy J and Little A for being so patient with me and allowing me to be such a huge part of your lives.
We love you both immensely, you are a testament to how difficult it is to not get attached to clients :)

(this last one is just indulging me, cause Little A and my little man have wonderful moments together)

Meet the {BFam}

They just welcomed a brand new baby girl into their family

who is absolutely adored by both her sisters

and of course, by her parents.

Thank you so much {BFam} for inviting me into your home to share the joy of your new addition!

The {BFam} has been with me for a pretty long time :)
In fact, they’ve been with me since before I ever started offering “lifestyle”

So of course, when they ask every year for their traditional family portrait, I’m always willing to accommodate.

Little N just turned three…by a stroke of luck there was a tractor there.
Seriously, how lucky is that. If you have had a three year old boy, you would understand!

SUCH a cutie.

Even though they love their traditional portraits, I think they rock the lifestyle stuff.

Thanks {BFam}. It’s always a pleasure!
